Proponency Mission

The Personnel Proponency Office manages the eight personnel life-cycle management functions – Structure, Acquisition, Distribution, Development, Deployment, Sustainment, Compensation, and Transition – for Career Management Field (CMF) 56.

 

The Proponent defines developmental needs, refines requirements in the field and provides assistance to improve all aspects of the Army’s personnel management system.
