Capabilities Development Integration Directorate


CDID Mission

The Capabilities Development Integration Directorate (CDID) develops concepts and requirements; integrates solutions related to Doctrine, Organization, Training, materiel, Leader Development, Personnel and Facility (DOTmLPF) domains; and validates DOTmLPF-integrated Religious Support capabilities for the Force Modernization Proponent.


CDID Goals:

• Create environments of trust with Stakeholders and Communities of Practice.
• Design and conduct studies and experimentation for functional ideas, concepts, required capability performance and attributes.
• Integrate force modernization requirements across warfighting functions and DOTmLPF domains supporting Joint, Interagency, Intergovernmental and Multinational environments.
• Develop concepts and doctrine to determine required capabilities for warfighter needs using resource-informed, integration-focused, outcome-based (RIO) analysis across the DOTmLPF domains.
